Methodology

How we verify a result.

Every booked call Bookyn takes credit for is tied to a real calendar invite and a real, auditable conversation thread, not a self-reported number. Here is exactly what that standard looks like.

01

It lands on a real calendar

A booking only counts once the event exists on an actual calendar with a real invitee, created through the connected Google, Calendly or GHL account. An AI saying a call is booked is not a booking.

02

The thread can be read end to end

Every message that led to it is stored in order, with what was sent, when, and whether a human or the setter sent it. If a result cannot be reconstructed from the transcript, it does not get counted.

03

It traces back to the DM that triggered it

The booking maps to the specific conversation and the score that flagged it, so the claim is not that bookings went up, but that this booking came from this lead being surfaced.

04

Nothing is self-reported

No screenshots, no coach filling in a number afterwards. Everything above is read from the same records the product runs on, which is why it can be checked rather than believed.

Why the bar is set here

Attribution in this category is mostly unfalsifiable. A tool reports that it booked calls, the number goes up, and nobody can tell how many of those were people who would have booked anyway, or whether the conversation happened at all.

Holding a result to a calendar event and a readable thread makes it checkable. It also makes it harder to claim, which is the point: a standard that is easy to meet is not evidence of anything.
